CANNOLI - Traditional (Mini Size)
We begin with a delicately baked cinnamon-flavored crunchy pastry cannoli shell (ours are not chocolate coated inside) filled with a rich blend of ricotta cheese and topped with exotic Italian liquors and garnished with maraschino cherries (halved cherries) or mini semi-sweet chocolate chips at ends of cannoli shell.
Since our cannoli (filling & shell) are made fresh by order, we recommend eating cannoli the same day purchased so that the shells do not lose their crispy texture. Remember to serve cold and keep refrigerated.
These mini size cannoli are great for large parties. It's a perfect bite sized sweet treat for any event!

We make three MINI size cannoli fillings throughout the year (except for the third version which is seasonal) and include:
(1) plain (traditional ricotta cheese filling w/out any chocolate or cherry on each cannoli end)
(2) chocolate chip (dipped at both ends of the cannoli, the chocolate chips are not blended into the ricotta cheese filling),
(3) pumpkin (seasonal variety available in November)
We do not put maraschino (halved) cherries at both ends of our mini size cannoli; these cherries are only placed on the large size cannoli.
For children events, we add nonpareils sprinkles at both ends of the mini size cannoli for a bit of colorful pop (as seen in the images).
