FOCACCE HEATING AND SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
Focacce can be used as a side to many meals, as a base for pizza or as sandwich bread. Focacce generally stays fresh one week in the refrigerator and one month frozen. Heat your focaccia in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes to crisp outside and moist inside consistency, whichever you prefer, but please watch your ovens as you know how they operate best...we don't want you to burn your purchased focaccia on accident! Our focacce can be cut into approximately 20 bite sized pieces (quantity pieces may vary if cut into smaller sizes depending on your personal size preference for appetizer bites) and then served on an appetizer platter. You may also use our plain (sea salt) version for making great grilled panini with any type of sandwich filling you desire.
FOCACCE VARIETY TOPPINGS INCLUDE:

Our plain focaccia is made simple with just a sprinkle of sea salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cut it in half and put your favorite sandwich filling. For a hot sandwich, use a hot grill press (or an electric panini grill) and make an instant Italian panini! This plain version is always a huge sell out and many kids and adults favorite!

Our raisin focaccia is baked with tons of juicy plump raisins and sugar. Angela enjoys giving generous samples of this sweet version on Saturdays. It will remind you of an "cinnamon bun" but with 1/2 the calories! Follow Angela's recipe instructions...take one home, heat it up, sprinkle a bit of Angela's "pixie dust" consisting of Ceylon & Extra Fancy cinnamon (available at Penzey's Spices), cloves, nutmeg and confectioner's powder sugar to make your own light dessert! Have some for breakfast or serve it as an after dinner dessert with coffee. Go ahead and indulge yourself
Our green onion focaccia is made with fresh chopped green onions. Try this with some Gorgonzola cheese sprinkled on top.....it's so delicious!
Our tomato & green onion focaccia is made with Agostino's homemade tomato sauce and fresh chopped green onions. It's the most popular and your best first choice.
A single Sfogliatella or a single Cannolo is available in store only on Saturdays. Due to the high demand for our cannoli shells, we do not sell our shells for personal use. Similarly, we do not sell the cannoli filling and cannoli shells separate so that they can be filled at home. Cannoli are filled by order and sfogliatelle are baked by order. Please keep cannoli refrigerated and serve chilled. Sfogliatelle can be left in out in room temperature or can also be reheated in a toaster oven/regular oven (not microwaved).

THANKSGIVING SPECIALS (November)
Be different this year and wow your guests and family members with this dessert on the Thanksgiving dinner table! Our pumpkin cannoli are better than pumpkin pie! We begin with a delicately fried cinnamon flavored crunchy pastry shell (not chocolate coated inside) filled with a rich blend of ricotta cheese, fresh baked pumpkin, cinnamon & spices. When ready to serve, you may add whipped cream for garnish (if desired). Serve cold and keep refrigerated. Don't forget to buy extra for yourself!
We have taken this old time popular Neapolitan favorite, a delicate, "clam" shaped multilayer crispy shell filled with moist ricotta cheese and finely diced fruit (orange & citron). Powder sugar is dusted lightly on top once they are pulled out, hot of the oven. A special dessert you will want to treat yourself to all the time. It can be served for breakfast, lunch, or as an after-dinner delicacy.
This decadent artisan snow ball pastry is meticulously crafted, filled with "Crema Pasticcera, an Italian pastry cream, adding a hint of our handmade European raspberry marmalade sandwiched between "pan di spagna" (sponge cake) and delicately wrapped in a thin layer of butter cream and generously shredded coconut.

These pastries are made by special order and are available during our weekday business store hours. Orders must be placed two days in advance (not the same day of pick up) by using our online payment process. Please be sure provide your name, the best telephone contact number, and desired pick up time (you may type your pick up time into the space provided "Special Instructions and gift note" section, after your selection is added to cart).
