La Biscotteria bakery fresh cello bags are packed by weight.
Each bag filled with wonderfully crunchy biscotti and contains ten to fourteen (depending on variety) of the regular standard size 6 inch biscotti.
There are five biscotti flavors to choose in our 10 ounce cello packages:
ANISE (available in plain and dark chocolate dipped),
LEMON (available in plain & white chocolate dipped),
ORANGE (available in plain and dark chocolate dipped),
RAISIN (THIS FLAVOR IS GREAT PAIRED WITH DESSERT WINE OR ANY RED WINES AS IT INCLUDES MANY OTHER DRIED FRUITS IN ADDITION TO RAISINS; THEY ARE PINEAPPLES, PAPAYA, APRICOTS, CITRON (LEMON), ORANGE PEEL, CHERRIES, FIGS, CURRANTS & ORANGE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR FLAVORING),
CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT (not chocolate dipped but chocolate is baked into the dough)
CHOCOLATE DIPPED CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT (dark chocolate dipped and chocolate baked into biscotti dough)

LEMON VERBENA PAPAYA (NO NUTS)
Seasonal biscottini flavor "Stomatico" baked with cinnamon, cloves, ginger, brown sugar and honey. Our traditional stomatico biscottini are NOT baked with nuts and are sold in 8 oz. cello bags. This flavor is available every year during the holidays from late October to December.
A Note about Shipping and Melted Chocolate!
We use only the finest European chocolates in our products. This means that during periods of hot weather, melting can occur, particularly if there are postal delivery delays or if the package if left in a hot place. Order with caution or in cool winter months. We do our best to protect the chocolate from melting, but we are not responsible for melted chocolate. If you do find your chocolate has melted, simply place the product in a refrigerator for a few hours and you should be good to go!
